THE CHALLENGE

Since the enrollment center is located in a high traffic area of the campus, access was the most challenging aspect of this project. Access to the worksite for our workers and materials, and access for the students walking around the jobsite at all times.

Keeping the students safe was our #1 priority at all times.

THE RENAISSANCE SOLUTION

At the direction of the university, the scope of work changed a few times during this project, but with the experience of our detail oriented project manager and superintendent leading our team and our subcontractors, the project was completed flawlessly.

Vigilant supervision & oversite by our in-house safety director enabled the project to be completed without incident and the university will enjoy the results of the work for years to come.

THE STUNNING RESULTS

The Iowa State University Enrollment Services Center received a complete new roofing system along with new flashings, gutters and downspouts, newly painted wood and restored masonry allowing for many years of service life added back to the building.
